Better than BerthA - fun illustrations
look at me, look at me.
Better than Bertha was created by Stephanie Sandall. The name comes from an old printer where Stephanie worked that constantly used to jam. One day after endless, endless trips printing off millions of documents for other people, Stephanie decided she was more of a printer than Bertha... she was better than Bertha... she thought she had better start drawing again...
Stephanie studied BA (Hons) Illustration at Bournemouth AUB and finds randomness funny and writing in the third person weird. She illustrates and designs cards, prints, notebooks and mugs. and has been commissioned to illustrate websites and publications. She has worked on design projects with companies across a wide range of sectors including Duke of Cakes, FCBStudios and The Bath Pub Company and regularly attends the Frome Independent Market as a seller. She has recently completed an illustrated owl, after being selected as one of the artists, for the Owl of Bath Sculpture Trail 2018.
She really likes dinosaurs.
